Viennese Caramel Espresso: Craftsmanship, coffee and indulgence brought together in a new way
Tradition thrives on innovation. That is why we are particularly delighted about our latest collaboration with Zuckerlwerkstatt.
The result is the Wiener Karamell Espresso, an exceptional speciality that combines traditional confectionery craftsmanship with the distinctive flavours of NABER coffee. What makes it so special is that it is made using freshly brewed NABER espresso-based coffee – with no artificial flavourings. The result is an authentic taste experience, in which the delicate coffee and roasted notes of the espresso naturally infuse the caramel. Incidentally, the coffee is brewed by Patrick Schönberger at the Kaffeegreisslerei in the Wieden district of Vienna’s 4th arrondissement – in true style, in a former NABER retail outlet that is now known as a coffee house and specialist shop for exquisite coffee roasts.
The result is a unique indulgence that combines Viennese craftsmanship and coffee culture in a special way. The use of freshly brewed espresso underlines the high quality standards of both partners and makes the Viennese Caramel Espresso a melt-in-the-mouth treat for coffee lovers.
Working together for Vienna’s culture of fine dining
The partnership with Zuckerlwerkstatt demonstrates just how vibrant and diverse Viennese craftsmanship and culinary culture are today. Two long-established businesses, united by shared values: quality, craftsmanship, regionality and a passion for exceptional taste experiences.
NABER Kaffee would like to thank Schönberger’s Kaffeegreisslerei for facilitating this partnership, and also the Zuckerlwerkstatt for their trusting collaboration. Marco Salvatori, Managing Director of NABER Wiener Kaffee Manufaktur, looks forward to continuing to develop new ideas for indulgence together in the future and to bringing Viennese craftsmanship to life in innovative ways.
Coffee from Vienna.
